Jelly Sherbet
This is an easy one - and it tastes so good!
Ingredients
- ~5 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon citric acid
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda(to taste)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons jelly crystals(any flavour)
Directions
- Mix icing sugar with citric acid, jelly crystals and baking soda.
- Add baking soda to taste - if its not fizzy add a bit more - if its overpowering just add more icing sugar.
