Jelly Sherbet

This is an easy one - and it tastes so good!

Ingredients

  • ~5 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon citric acid
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda(to taste)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons jelly crystals(any flavour)

Directions

  1. Mix icing sugar with citric acid, jelly crystals and baking soda.
  2. Add baking soda to taste - if its not fizzy add a bit more - if its overpowering just add more icing sugar.
