Photoshop Brushes

These are just a few brushes that I have made over the years. You can also find them on the Adobe Studio Exchange - my email/id is disco_diva_diamond@hotmail.com/electrifried. If you use them on your site it would be appreciated if you linked back. Enjoy:)

Shear Power/PS CS3

A set of 56 sheared lines. Simple yet effective in creating that textured grass/tentacles/fronds effect. Use an additional art history brush to create a stardusted cluster of fronds!

Tree Climbers/PS CS3

A set of various tree brushes featuring tree branches/tree sillouettes. Some are good for texturing, others good for decals. Have fun!

Parchment Edges/PS CS

Load this brushset in your eraser and use it to create cool and different borders on your artwork. Once you’re done editing your picture, Merge visible, load brush, erase edges, Ctr-D and Edit>Stroke 1px outside to give a cool effect.

Newspaper/PS 5.5

6 newspaper scans. Good for texturing/backgrounds.

Ribbon Twirls/PS CS

A brush made of scanned ribbons and linen. This brushset contains fairly large brushes(240-1366) so the file is quite big.

Digital Squares/PS CS

15 various digital/techy square brushes.

Digital Squares III/PS CS

9 brushes similar to the one above, only the squares are less bevelled and more translucent. They are also larger and more ’square’.

Feathery/PS CS

7 large and small feather brushes.

Ker-Splat/PS CS

27 splats, paint splatters and droplets. Note: some brushes in this set are semi-transparent, so if you want a darker image just click a few more times.

Cliffs & Trees/PS CS

A random brushset I made in Photoshop containing various jagged and rough chalk-like brushes. 9 brushes included in the set.

Smokey Twirls/PS 5.5

Ever want that furry/foggy/sine look? Well this is your chance. This is still one of my favourite brushes…and it was also my very first:P(Note:this is over 1MB in size)
