These are really outdated - but they’re making a comeback! Because I said so. For those that are new to the web scene….blinkies used to be all the rage five, seven years ago. Now that technology has improved, I guess people have strayed away from the flashing animated gifs these days, which makes me sad:( SO yeah. If you like blinkies, go ahead and use these to make your own. Have fun!^^
